PEOPLE
PHILIP KNOWLES
Philip Knowles has worked in Accountancy and Finance roles for over 20 years, with 12 years in CFO and CEO Board Level positions for companies in the Financial Services and Natural Resources sectors, and a previous Practice background covering a wide variety of sectors in the SME space.
Philip has extensive experience in regulated roles (AIM Listed and FCA Authorised businesses) as well as significant fundraising experience across debt and equity, and has built and developed a number of finance functions and teams.
Philip has a BA in Accounting and Finance from Exeter University and a Global MBA from Oxford Brookes.
SIMON TIDMAN
Simon has over 35 years experience in Finance, covering roles all the way through the Finance Function and is recognised for assessing operational and financial needs and developing solutions to reduce costs, improve cashflows and revenues and drive performance.
Simon has strong accounting, budgetary and financial reporting skills to complement his commercial acumen, honed from working in industry for many years.
Simon prides himself on his excellent leadership qualities based upon creating an encouraging collaborative environment, and so is perfectly suited to helping businesses grow on a Fractional basis.
Simon works closely with Philip to provide the full suite of CFO and Finance Function Services to our clients.
